"As someone who works in healthcare herself, I am DISGUSTED in the way this office runs now. My son is 10 months old, the first 3 visits with Dr Sirna were amazing. Now whenever I call (for a sick baby) the response I ALWAYS get is “we don’t have anything available until the end of the month, you can visit our urgent care or other locations”. A office with MULTIPLE providers should have a block in each providers schedule in the day for emergencies. Nor should my son have to see a new face EVERY single time he goes to the same office. Not to mention the last two wellness visits to the office with my son, our appointment was so rushed for my doctor to come in and tell me the percentile scale and leave. I will no longer be a patient here or never again recommend anyone this office!"

"Dr. Khokhar is the best pediatrician. She is kind, smart and has the best bedside manners. She is thorough in her assessment, patiently listens to all your questions and provides a high standard of care. She has been our pediatrician since our daughter was born in 2020 and under her guidance, we have managed through everything that comes with raising a baby in a post pandemic era. We have not experienced any issues with the staff or with billing. The staff has always been professional and accommodating. We HIGHLY recommend Dr. Khokhar and Verona Pediatrics!"

"Doctors here are actually wonderful, however the office, operations and rules are controlled by Summit medical who hides behind the scenes, answers to no one and kills the experience between patients and doctors. I wish they were independent of the large group. If you have the choice choose a doc who doesn’t answer to a group."

"Stay away from this place - Summit Pediatrics to be specific. They have become too big , too impersonal, with horrible service. My sick daughter can never get a doctors appointment when it’s needed, which is the most important time. Staff has become incredibly rude. My kid was even dramatized because the nurse or tech was a disaster with blood work. Multiple attempts. Disaster. We have expressed our frustration every time we call and normally you would expect them to be remotely interested in helping you or keeping you as a patient. Nothing. Ever. No reach out. Still waiting. It’s unfortunate bc some the doctors are actually good here. But everything else crushes the experience. I wholeheartedly recommend parents stay away from Summitt pediatrics and highly recommend they look elsewhere to at minimum avoid our MANY horrible experiences."
