"Only good things to say about the staff so far, but my biggest annoyance was trying to call for an appointment. It's already hard to get a person on the phone in the first place, but when they transfer me to a different person, I'm put on hold for so long that the call drops. Rinse and repeat. Highly ineffective system."
"Husband went to hospital yesterday and was sent home with 2 large kidney stones and needed a urologist asap...Dr. Katz was able to fit him in today. Have to say, the office at Berkeley Hts helped make this happen while the Livingston phone lines were down. I'm sure it was chaotic there, but the staff made it happen...and everyone was NICE. Thank you."
"This is the 4th office I've visited in the "Siummit Medical Group" in the last 2 weeks.. Front desk receptionists need a refresher course on greeting and interacting with patients. I also work in the Healthcare Field, and I would not have a job if I treated patients in such an unpleasant manner. 5 stars for Dr. Katz and his assistant Dr. Katz and his assistant were very professional and sweet. Thank you for making this uncomfortable experience as pleasant as it could be."
"On the phone for a half hour twice for a simple appointment - took operator another ten mins to find an appointment specific for me - was trying to push dates I didn’t want - told us they don’t do cancellations bc they are so big - I asked them if they are so big why have I been on the phone for 40mins Go elsewhere"
"Good group of doctors but the administration and billing is terrible. They put us into collection for a $50 bill that we did not pay because they were not able to tell us what it was for. We offered to pay but wanted an explanation of the charges. I spoke to several people there all were uncooperative and rude. Very poor customer service."
