Astrit was extremely sensitive & emphatic during the procedure taking into account that I have sustained 4 fractured ribs on my left side. His professionalism and outstanding warm personality was comforting and soothing given my apprehension of anticipation of pain during the procedure. He was gentle. "Stay away from this place - Summit Pediatrics to be specific. They have become too big , too impersonal, with horrible service. My sick daughter can never get a doctors appointment when it’s needed, which is the most important time. Staff has become incredibly rude. My kid was even dramatized because the nurse or tech was a disaster with blood work. Multiple attempts. Disaster. We have expressed our frustration every time we call and normally you would expect them to be remotely interested in helping you or keeping you as a patient. Nothing. Ever. No reach out. Still waiting. It’s a shame bc some of the actual doctors are good but the institution is a nightmare. I wholeheartedly recommend parents stay away from Summitt pediatrics and highly recommend they look elsewhere to at minimum avoid our MANY horrible experiences."

"I have had wonderful experiences with Summit Medical in Montclair for the past 5 years EXCEPT for today, April 12, 2019 when a VERY SNIPPY AND RUDE young lady called to change an appointment that I had with Dr. Steinberg (scheduled one year in advance). She was uncooperative, unprofessional, unyielding and unwilling to accommodate me in the rescheduling of the appointment. It is unfortunate that someone like that is the first impression one has when dealing with an otherwise wonderful office. I can't give her name because she HUNG UP ON ME!"
