She knows who everyone is, she's very efficient. People in the office are great when you need assistance. Annette always takes care of me with the heat She has a lot of patience. "This is my 2nd treatment in PMR, the 1st in 2019 for not being able to walk after getting off a chair due to a spine fracture. With medical advice from Dr Donald Liss and after a few months of physical therapy by Lisa Long and Alex, I amazingly recovered and have since been walking briskly. A recent poor bone density report with osteoporosis, humpy and aching back etc. have prompted me to revisit PMR. PMR has the most efficient and professional team for anyone that seeks physical therapy. Lisa takes time to explain your condition while working on your aching body. She’s patient and caring and would never overdo what your body cannot withstand. Alex is a great guy in the gym and would show you all the tools to build up your strength. Often he’ll stand by you to make sure you’re handling the equipment properly and in the right way. "Chilling at the office while filling this out. Yesse and Jealsea are the bee's knees. Sucks they have to deal with “weird people”. The people here are super kind. Peggy is so sweet and wholesome. There's a reason why she runs the show. This super nice gentlemen handed me my keys when I left them on my seat. I just feel like my body is broken now and no amount of y raises and therapy band work with spreading my hands up to the side and down is going to make a dramatic difference. I feel like most of the patients are elderly folk and the approaches are not up to speed. It feels like I’m not getting the benefits that I need. Someone please give me a shot to the shoulder and repair it. Also, the place can be easier to access. I got so lost coming here and the bus drivers on this route are the worst. Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
