"A Terrible nurse and a doctor in the emergency room with no professional means!! We came in to emergency room for following a bike accident! He was fine with no broken bones with some bruises with non- displaced fracture in his rip (2)! They have done blood work, urine testing and all work: 2 x rays, CT scan for my 13 years old! He got exposed more radiation than a total of his life! The surgery resident doctor recommended us to go home but they (nurse and a practitioner) still want to hold him over night! And transfer to another unit!! Finally, someone with proper education and knowledge came to rescue us! Dr. Lee was very professional, caring and explanatory approach and commonsense help us to get out of hospital!"

"BEST SERVICE AROUND!!! I usually go to Valley (they are closer to my house) but I had have so many bad experiences with them I decided to try Englewood since I hear such a great things. And let me tell you! Top tier service. I was having shortness of breath, I went into the ER, they were so quick to take me in and listened to all of my concerns. The ER waiting room was packed, I noticed every single patient was taken care as soon as possible. When I was taken into the room they make me feel so comfortable. My nurse Ali was the kindest and regardless in how busy it was, they made sure to always check on me and see how I was doing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!"

"My boyfriend recently had a colonoscopy here and we felt that the whole staff really worked well as a team - from front of house security staff to the medical team to the cafeteria staff. The hospital was very clean and well kept. They were very well organized, professional and caring. Nicole was his intake nurse for the same day procedure and she was very thorough and compassionate."

Everyone from the front desk to the nurses to the doctors where super nice, attentive, helpful, and all around wonderful. They took the time to explain everything - from what they were doing and what would happen next. The entire place was clean and welcoming. Highly recommend."

"Called to discuss a detail claim from my insurance. I had called to verify if I have an outstanding bill to pay, since I have not received a bill from them. The woman is telling me I'm not in the system and that there is nothing that she can do. I ask to talk to a supervisor or manager because that is odd that I'm not in the system considering that I got a claim detail from my insurance with the hospital name on it. I want to take care of my bill with the hospital. The woman I spoke to was extremely rude and unprofessional from the billing department. I told her the situation and explained if she can look me up. She said without a bill I can't process anything. I said I was a patient there in the past and that my name should be in the system. I gave it to her, and she said no. I said that's odd. I have gotten services from that hospital before so I should be in the system. She said no and wait for a bill. I asked to talk to a supervisor or manager to find out why I am not even showing up in the system. She said you will be wait for a bill again. I said, 'Well, I will wait on the line until you transferer me.' Silence. I said excuse me I am just trying to take care of my financial responsibility and maybe there is a problem that you can't find me. I called back the general number and spoke to patient relations and explained that if there is a possible bill that wasn't sent out. I understand there are a lot of patients and things happen, I just want to verify. The guy definitely made up for the fact that woman was extremely rude. He looked me up in the system and lo and behold I WAS IN THE SYSTEM. He said he will talk to the billing department's manager and have them get back to me regarding the bill and the person I spoke to over the phone. I have never heard of a hospital not wanting the money they are owed."
