"Unfortunately me and my husband had to travel out of state for D&E due to health issues of the baby. where we live we are forced to wait for a miscarriage or stillborn. My Midwife and OB recommend this clinic in NJ. When we seen the reviews we made an appointment immediately. The time from making the appointment to leaving after the two day appointment we felt like we were treated with upmost respect and no judgement. The experienced nurses and licensed doctors and even the security guard were so caring and understanding. We went on a friday so no protestors but Saturday there was a few at 8am. They werent agressive thankfully. While my husband was waiting for me he said one protestor had a microphone who was a little much but they got rained out so by the time I was ready to come out they were all gone. Also, the parking is on the street so it has parking meters. You can pay with coins or download the app and pay by the hour. Its free from 8am to 9am on Saturday. As far as my care on the second day, the nurses walked me through each step of the way and I had so much privacy while the medicine took for it to dilate my cervix. One nurse gave me a glove full of warm water to help with my shaky/cold feeling, which is normal from the medicine. It took about an hour for the shakes to wear off and then I got an IV. The second day process was a 4 hour process. The first day appt was blood work, urine, speaking with councliner, payment, and starting the dilation of the cervix which was on a bed and the doctor inserted some things in my cervix. It felt like I was getting a papsmear so not painful. It was about 3 hour appointment for the first day. But Once the D&E procedure was complete I had my standard period cramps and bleeding. I did prepare myself by getting thick pads and the women depends undewear. They give me some medicine to help with contracting the cervix and bleeding. I highly recommend them if you are needing a second trimester termination."

"I genuinely had a comfortable time at this facility. My appointment was for 08/31, I checked in and even though I was a few minutes late they said it was not an issue. The process does take a little longer than I imagined. A lot of paperwork needs to be filled out and you have to be seen by multiple people but once you go downstairs to the operating area it’s kind of over. I would recommend other females to this place as well."

"It was a 50/50. I went home feeling confused because while I was waiting I didn’t receive a good treatment from the nurses. I heard them asking other patients if they needed anything but to me they only asked me 1 time and after I said I had cramps they said “thats normal” but how come I got that answer and the other patients got ibuprofen for their cramps? I kept hearing “oh I’ll bring you some ibuprofen to you rn, dont worry sweetie”. Then, when everything was done they didn’t even tell me what to do, what to expect or anything like that but to others they explained everything. They just gave me some medicine, told me to take it and that I can go home. How come I got this treatment? Upstairs and Downstairs were the same."

"My appt was for 10am and I left the facility at 2:30pm with NO procedure done. Just like any other medial clinic they ask you to fill out at form of medial history. I was very honest and stated a previous medical condition I had 7 years ago. They questioned me about it and assumed I needed to be prescribed medication without no diagnosis or evidence of my medical background. There is also no privacy, they ask you personal questions in public. At 2pm I was told to head down to the operation room where they don’t let you use your phone, the nurse tried to give me an IV and failed. I get inside the operation room, lay on the table and the doctor came in and said they are not able to do the procedure. Which I completely understand why but they were not able to do due to my medical condition that they were aware abt when I first filled out the form at 10am. The place looks unorganized and unsanitary, there was blood on the toilet seat and floor. The other patients were laid out on a hard hospital bed looking sick. I was only able to get back 75% of the cost of the procedure and when the lady refunded me she was very rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND"
