"I still have nightmares from this place! I was a patient of Dr. Jacobson but Dr. Santkovsky delivered my daughter. Dr. S was nice at first, but really mismanaged a lot of the test and screenings in the beginning. I am a nurse and work with adults- not in OB- and this was my first child, but she told me I should have known what tests I needed. Although I’m a nurse, I was a patient so she really needed to take responsibility for these errors but threw it on me. The NIPT is done at 10 weeks. A correct order was never sent to the hospital that I was sent to to have blood work done so it was missed. I personally would like to know if my child had Down syndrome early on. When I told her I was upset that proper communication between her and the testing center was not done causing me to miss the test, she told me that most people would keep their child even if it had Down syndrome. As a nurse I know that patient care is individualized. I found that not to be her place to tell me that because it is my body, life and my choice. If you have a problem with that maybe you should move to Texas. After many unpleasant visits, I asked to only be seen by Dr. Jacobson who is the only pleasant person in that office. The office manager Jen is sooooo unprofessional. She’s hostile and bitter. She seems like someone who is so unhappy with her life that she deals with it by being nasty to others. The secretary Christina was nice but started being short with me I guess to back her friend and manager Jen. I called one day to speak to a doctor and she answers the phone “yes Diana” like I was calling her personal phone and she was annoyed that I was calling and it was the first time I called that week. I’m telling you the lack of professionalism in that place is mind blowing. For this being my first child they made that experience horrifying for me. I’m scared to have another child because as a black woman we are looked over, disrespected, neglected and at that point all I wanted was for me and my child to survive all of this. I stayed because there aren’t many doctors who deliver in that area. I felt trapped. So after months of terrible visits and interactions, I finally went into labor and of course it had to be on a Tuesday- the only day Dr. Jacobson is off! I wanted to cry. So of course Dr. S comes in and is short -no beside manners at all. I do believe she is racist. Most of the women who have had issues with her are women of color. She really needs to be investigated. Luckily my daughter and I made it out ok only because I had to stand my ground for the entire 9 months of being pregnant. Traumatizing!"

"Complete Women's Healthcare LLC Please do not used this practice, a doctor sent me to do about 5 difference test and when I suppose to go to see my results and see doctor before IVF transfer the doctor Dr. Inna Santkovsky is no longer there. They never communicated with me to let me know the I have to get another GYN doctor rights in the middle of my process. Please do not go in to a practice they no willing to work with you. They do not care about your situation no matter how good your insurance can paid them. Very Disappointed."

"If you’re considering personal care then run in the opposite direction of this office. Office staff are rude, doctors will tell you where extra pregnancy weight will stay in your body if you gain a little too much. Yes, I’m not joking, my doctor said to me “it’s going to be on your thighs and hips” like what is that?! They have really high c section rates, so be wary of that. I also don’t know what they offer aesthetic services too. Seems like they’re just trying to take advantage of women. I left this practice when I was 32 weeks pregnant, and should not have even waited that long. Terrible is an understatement."

"The staff at this office is amazing all the girls at the front are so friendly and helpful. Whenever I need to be seen for whatever reason during my pregnancy the office always accommodated me. I was taken care of by both doctors and received lots of advice even after my pregnancy on breast-feeding and other new mom issues. I had my son via cesarean and you would not even know that I have a scar I can’t even see it. Would highly recommend both doctors"

"I primarily saw Dr. Santkovsky throughout my pregnancy. She is wonderful! She always took the time to answer my questions and provide information - which was a huge plus since this was my first pregnancy. I also saw Dr. Jacobson for a few visits, which was good since she was the one who ended up delivering my healthy baby boy!! Can't thank the doctors and staff for enough for everything they did for me during this pregnancy. Scheduling appointments that worked for me and my work schedule, explaining test results, being available for questions, showing me my growing baby via ultrasound, getting my disability paperwork done, delivering my baby, circumcising my baby, making sure I was healthy and healing during and following delivery. I recommended them to my sister, who just gave birth to two healthy and handsome twin boys :) They helped guide me through the whole pregnancy and I would recommend them to anyone!"
