Dental Care 4 Kids

"We had been going to the Englewood office for approx. 11 years or so, for the most part, from reception all the way through to the doctors it was an absolutely wonderful experience. As of late, more so the last year or there abouts, our experience related to appointments, actual visits and the service desk has been nothing short of disheartening. We have had appointments schedule out of nowhere, appointments claimed to have been scheduled but unable to be told by whom. After which they then reach out to you to tell you there is an appointment on the day of, and If you do not show up, because you did not know you had an appointment to begin with, they charge you for the visit. We were told our child needed multiple fillings, which obviously included drilling into a 6 y/o teeth, after research on our part, and inquiring on alternatives for the very minimal barely developing cavity, we were told we would be perfectly fine with a dental silver diamine fluoride paste treatment. So they went from partial sedation and drilling into the tooth/s, to simply applying a paste. We have had multiple requests in for call backs from the office manager, and never receive a return call, the list of disappointments continue to grow, and on, and on. It's stunning. I understand the economic environment as well as employee retention is somewhat of a challenge, but this is a kids practice. From our perspective the practice now appears to be all about money, $$$$$, seeing as many patients as possible, recommending the highest most expensive and invasive treatment available, and then, wash, rise, repeat, and in rapid succession. Again, this of course, is just coming from our perspective. And in my opinion, to be a child's dental practice, I find their customer service, front office operations and overall operating philosophy absolutely appalling."

"I used to really like this place and I would recommend them to others. That is no longer the case after todays visit. The dental staff was great.The front desk staff was horrible. They were disrespectful, rude and incompetent. First we waited far too long to go in because they kept calling people that came after us. Then, when making follow up appointments, I had to deal with a disrespectful little girl whose eyes couldn't stop rolling. Apparently, making her do some work to find an evening or weekend appt was too much work for her. Oh and then, WE had to remind her about the next 6 month appt and received even more attitude for it. Someone's parents obviously failed at teaching her respect and work ethic. I think this place has gotten too big for itself and now their front staff think we should feel so blessed to be there that they shouldn't be bothered with customer service. Unfortunately, I may have to look for a new dentist for my kids if I get such disrespectful treatment again."

"Amazing, It was my daughter’s first time in the dentist and I was worried that she would be afraid but, she actually left smiling and wanted to come back! It made me so happy to see the wonderful treat that my daughter had. 100% recommended"

"My kids have been patients of this office for a year now. We’ve been in a few times because of cavities and cleanings and we have never had a bad experience. All the assistants are extremely sweet & patient. They definitely help the doctors get the job done quickly & efficiently. The doctors have all also been very good. I’d specifically like to point our Dr. Camille. My boys were both getting cavities filled today. My younger son was terrified of the numbing but Dr. Camille managed to actually make him giggle while she was injecting the numbing medicine. He didn’t even notice!! She was very informative not only to me, but also to my boys. She was great with my other son & my daughter who was there with me also. Her assistant was very sweet & gentle. They make a GREAT team. Thank you so much ladies! The front desk staff is very knowledgeable and they always have an answer to any question. They are also very flexible and accommodating with scheduling. I have to drive 25 minutes to get to this office but I absolutely don’t mind because I know that my kids & myself will come out happy! HIGHLY recommend this office for your children’s dental needs!"
