"Really disappointed in my experience. After a few weeks where the ball was dropped on meal readiness expectations, it’s now been over a day past the expected delivery and I haven’t received notification about when my meals are available. As a healthcare worker with very limited time + a mom of small kids, I really rely on services I use to be timely and consistent. Delivering food at my front door close to 10pm on more than one occasion also is not acceptable when I have small kids in the house/ wake up by 4am for work. I am happy for the company for expanding quickly, but the lack of transparency just won’t work for us. Sad to go."
