Walmart Grocery Pickup and Delivery

"Walmart delivery sucks. The walmart grocery pick up is awesome. I no longer have to deal with Walmartians,, I no longer over spend. I get exactly what I want. For the most part. Pls be kind all people don't shop like you. If you are picky like I am with produce. Do not order where someone else shops for you. You will be disappointed. You've been warned. So don't be a jerk to the Walmart employee!"

"I waited for three separate experiences to leave this review. In our last two pickups we were missing items and were charged for them. When I spoke to someone they told me there was nothing they could do because it was too late, I talked to them less than 10 min after pick up. Today they told me my pickup was delayed at 9:45am when my pickup was from 9-10. I spent nearly an hour waiting for them to just tell me to come back. They notified me at 10am that it was ready so I turned around to go back. I proceeded to wait until 11:05am. During this time I called them several times and kept checking my app. Around 11 someone came and asked who I was and then told me it was my fault I was waiting so long because the app didn’t check me in properly. Honestly horrible customer service, horrible wait time and horrible everything. I could have gone and got groceries in the time it took them to figure out their issues, and they STILL blamed me for it. Don’t waste your time."

"Usually good. Sometimes there are delays, which they notify you of, and sometimes the substitutions don't make sense. But, shopping from home and having it loaded into your car is perfect for me."

"This was the first time I placed an order & a small one for 13 items stood in my car parked for 25 min and no one ever came out & I had to cancel my order!!! I was so disappointed for Walmart their employees are getting slim to none it seems. A week prior though I had outstanding service picking up but this day just must of been an off day for them."

"This Walmart is deserving of a zero...went back to the automotive department to give it one chance to save them another negative review. After waiting 20 to 30 minutes to get an oil change I was told it would be 2 hours to do it with another excuse. I left and went inside to talk to a store manager shae was an assistant store manager, I told her I would be embarassed to have a customer go through two bad experiences one in which they did not tell me the truth after wasting me a lot of time, and this one wasting my time with a lube bay open. To me I would not waste my time on this store again. The management seems not to care about complaints, on going to my car, I passed cart over half way into the driving lane... see picture... To me this is a store wide problem, walmart should be embarrassed to have a review written like this one. If you choose to go there the risk is going to be yours, cause if there is a problem management wont do anything about it..."
