"I was all set to give a raving review. Elijah was so nice, personable and provided insight. However , I don’t know if they heating element is actually working because Elijah left us to hook up the vent to the outside. There was something about no clamp for one side of the ductwork, the space was small or maybe a liability to hook it up. In any case, he left it to us to fix. We haven’t fixed a vent in 9 years or more. Lots of problems for us to fix, he could have fixed it in moments because he has skills. He would have to get the right supplies…but these are standard and probably on the truck. We spent $330 but still no work dryer. We would like him to come back and fix the vent at no charge. It would have been the right thing to do."

The service tech, Elijah, arrived promptly within the first hour and had my dishwasher back in operation quickly. "Was having an issue with my fridge control buttons. Was able to set an appointment up pretty quickly and they were helpful over phone. Ultimately the buttons started working again on their own so didn’t need to use them but I would recommend them and use them in the future if I need to."
