"I found this store to be large and well stocked. Much better than shopping at Kohls. I use a cane, and as soon as I walked in the door, Lorrie offered me a more supportive shopping cart. At checkout later, I did not have my Penneys card with me. Again, Lorrie worked with us patiently so I could get my discounts. She was kind and cheerful. What a valuable employee!"

"I don't shop here very much. The area is congested in how they stuck the store behind other businesses. However, the store is very nice, spacious, and clean. Nice selection of merchandise and some great "New Year" sales!"

"This is a great store to find lots of different types of clothing. They have dress clothing for work and fancy occasions. The regular prices are high but sales are nice. There's not really enough staff to keep up with keeping everything tidy. It's not horrible but has declined in quality over the years."

"limited stock on shelves, no one around to provide assistance. We found an item we wanted to purchase, but there was only the display model in sight. The box that went with it was there and said a "bonus griddle plate" was included. However, the griddle part was not with the display or in the box. We looked for an employee to inquire about it, & located no one. We had no cell signal in the store, so we couldn't check online supply ourselves. Another shopper told us that the workers had all taken breaks at the same time except the cashiers. I like this store less each time I attempt to shop here. This time, the ladies' restroom smelled like an outhouse!"

"Saw Olivia on the salon for a facial and left with velvety skin. She did address my dry skin and helped with getting a new moisturizer for my combo skin. I had some problem areas around my nose with an excess of buildup and she got most of it out with a cool device. Highly recommend!"
