"This Costco is alwats busy (could use a bit more handicapped parking spaces) but they are FAST and the lines move quickly. The staff is so nice and helpful. We are lucky to have this north of the river."

"This has been my favorite Costco for years. I even moved down the street & go a few times a week. Unfortunately the past 6+ months, customer service has been awful. Specifically, there is this older woman who works at the customer service desk. I’ve dealt with her 3 times & each time she has basically refused to do her job. Did a return & wanted it put on a shop card so I can use it same day, “I can’t do that” I always do it that way? Did something change? “I don’t know” hands me a receipt & motions the next customer. Rude. The other day, my BF wanted to renew our membership in person because the app wasn’t working & we wanted some stuff anyways. After waiting in line (behind a couple who was also renewing) she told us she couldn’t & wanted us to go to checkout to do it. We were confused & she said she wouldn’t be able to take our payment? Even though we just watched her do it. This was like 2 hours before close & there was no one else near customer service, so it’s not like she was rushing. She just doesn’t want to do her job anytime I see her. Customer service has also gone down at the registers, everyone seems to have such attitudes these days. I really hope they work on it, I’ve been going a lot less & it’s almost not worth it to have the black card anymore."

"Horrible experience, thanks to the cashier, I cancelled my membership as soon as I was walking out. Thinking about doing 2 transactions? Don’t even think about it! You forgot your wallet and your mom was helping with the embarrassment of having to return everything, oh she can’t pay for you! She’s not in the membership. Oh but wait… the cashier, said I was lying about wallet and that I had my wallet with me. Unbelievable! Imagine driving 20 miles to your nearest Costco with 2 kids, to have to deal with this. Not only that, they wanted me to add my mom to the membership, get back in line and then I will be able to make my purchased. It was my mom’s first time at Costco, she wasn’t very pleased with the treatment. Never again! Please train your staff better"

"Great merchandise and employees. Prices and goodies galore means taking home more than you planned but I have no complaints! Update 11.20.2022 Looking good Costco Update 11.01.2023 a little less good looking but the staff is still friendly and the prices are competitive. Hoping for a little more to earn that next 5 stars."
