"A complete thumbs down. Rude customer service."
"Horrible customer service. I tried on a shoe and brought it home and brought it back because it didn’t fit and they wouldn’t take it back claiming it has been used. Of course it has been used I tried them on and walked around my driveway. Not one blemish on the shoe and they wouldn’t take them back. Not even store credit. Horrible attitudes they don’t speak English and it’s a pure hustle. I could have got the same shoes for 50 and paid 110. These are bad people!!!!"

"Store uses a group texting to "let our customers know when we receive new merchandise" I've received a few (not sure how you got my number). for future references NOBODY likes group texting. Get a Twitter account, or Facebook page or one of the other 100 social accounts but if you don't want to do that.. SEND individual texts."
