"Didn’t have nearly as bad an experience as some of the other reviews. Went in yesterday afternoon and there were about four employees working. I was greeted as I walked in. I had a question about something I was searching for and asked one of the ladies as she was walking by. She stopped to help me out and was pleasant. Then as I was walking around looking at other things she asked if I needed any more help. When I went to check out the cashier went to lookup my phone number to which I told her we didn’t have a rewards account. No pressure to sign up or apply for a CC. The sizes from what I saw ran the gamut from 0 to 24 so the selection covered all shapes and sizes. The pricing seemed reasonable and the service was friendly."

"Maybe I’m spoiled with the Olathe location but i went in today around 2:30. Went in with an open mind and no budget . There wasn’t much to pick from if you’re not a medium or smaller. Also not a single employee spoke to me or even looked my way. I’ll make the 45 min drive to Olathe maurices for their great customer service and willingness to help their customers ."

"Went in last month to get a few things. The cashier dropped a pair of the earrings I was purchasing and bent over to pick them up but some how they did not end up in the bag when I got home. I brushed it off because it was less than $10. She had talked me in to signing up for a Maurice’s card after I told her I don’t need another credit card to worry about. She stated I would get a discount and could pay with the card and then right after use my other card to pay off the balance so I went ahead and did it and of course it did not work. So I waited to get the credit card in the mail and when I received it my name was misspelled. I am disappointed that I did not receive everything I bought and that they pressured me into signing up for their credit card. I will not be back. "*2023* I am considered the demographic for Maurices and have been shopping here since high school days. I've shopped at this store many times. The clothes are pricier than the big W across the street, but they don't fall apart in two seconds either. Maurices has a great rewards program. Definitely recommend signing up for it as it is free! Each purchase results in getting points that accumulate to discounts, etc. Their website is easy to use and CLEARLY states what items are online exclusives. You can even check to see if your item is in stock or not before you head to the store, so that's extra convenient."

"Okay so I did the survey review online a month ago but I am coming back to do a google review! I am in love with this location. After quarantine I needed some new threads, and both of the Taylor's took time after hours to make an appointment with me to help me dress for success. It was the sweetest and kindest customer service retail I have ever experienced. I felt like I was in a movie with two personal stylist. A+ to this team and their store. Always clean, and organized well even when it's busy."
