"Made an appointment for new tires the tires I wanted wasn’t in stock. I went we another set and also told them I needed tire sensors for at least 2 of my tires. Got there at 7 i was the second person signed in. He asked me what time i need my truck back i said by 12. I called at 12:15 truck still not ready. Go to pick it up and the dummies still didn’t change the sensors then proceeded to say they can do it but i will need to leave my truck longer. The fact my truck been there over 6 hours for need tire installation is crazy then to not get all the service i asked for is baffling. Terrible service and I’ll never go back"

"I have had the pleasure of being a customer of this specific Dunn rd. Location. First of all, they started off right with me by answering their phones. As many of you know these days it is very hard task to get businesses to answer their phones so that you can get the information you need prior to your visit. Once I got there, I was warmly welcomed in by Mr. Steve. He set me up in the system and got everything ready to go. I left and went home, later I received a call and was told when I would be able to pick my vehicle up. When I came back, I got to deal with Mr. Martin. He also was very helpful and friendly. After I left a felt that overall, my vehicle was running much better but the alignment felt a little off. So..... I was told I could bring my vehicle back in and that's what I did. On my next visit I got to deal with both Mr. Martin and Mr.Nilsson who were both very professional and friendly. Although I did not get to speak with Mr. Nilsson on my first visit, I Did pay attention to how professional he sounded and handled everything with every customer that came in and spoke with him. They made sure everything was corrected on my vehicle and even looked into an additional problem I thought might be starting. They were able to calm my fears and assure me everything was okay. I was just completely satisfied with how they spoke with people and how they took care of my car promptly, And made sure that I was happy with their service and I was. I will definitely be using them for all my future repair needs."
