"Grateful for the team at Firestone. Butch is great, he told me he would take care of me and he kept his word. I want to thank Brad and the technician David. I brought my service truck in due to no crank, hard start. The team was on time with my diagnoses and responsive. They told me they couldn’t help me and I appreciate the straight forwardness and the integrity. All I know is when I picked up my truck, my truck started again; which was the main issue. "Called in to inform the reason I need to bring vehicle in. Robert was very nice and listened to what all I had to say. Explained when they would check the vehicle out and call with outcome. Received call from Brad and he was very excellent in providing all the detailed information he found with my vehicle and how to proceed. Great Customer service from both."
"I needed a basic inspection and Robert helped me. The main thing he had to do was check my tire condition and brakes. The old guy who sits up front deserves 1 star because he had me schedule an appointment 5 days later for something that took Robert 10 minutes to complete. And the shop was empty. I give Robert 10 stars because he went above and beyond to help this disabled woman. And I appreciated him listening to what I needed and not dismissing me and wasting my time with an appointment 5 days later."
"Brought my car here on Saturday was told it would be the first one worked on considering my circumstances. I’m not from here my son was in an accident and is in the stl Childrens hospital and we are from out of town so without my car we are stranded and I say are cause we are STILL waiting for my car that won’t be done til 3 in the afternoon. After they lied and said it was the first one on the work order now they have to order this and that and it’s 3 cars in front of me all the sudden even though my cars been there for 2 days at this point going on 3. So basically we are discharged and sitting at the hospital for the next 7-8 hours"
