"I came in with battery issues. Carl checked my battery for me and determined that it was bad. He then looked up my information and found that my battery was still under warranty! Happy New Year to me! Carl then replaced my battery for me and got me back on the road! What great customer service! He was pleasant and friendly! At 7:00pm on New Year's Day. I'm so thankful I chose this location! I will definitely be back for all my auto care needs. Hopefully Carl will still be working there! He is an A+ employee!"
"Went in to pick up fuel line, clips and a fuel shutoff valve. All of these items are basic, generic and have been purchased from this store before. I showed the young man all of the items and he was clueless. Then he starts playing on his cell phone!! The older man said clips were in the isle but unfortunately I didn't need a set of 38 with only a few of what I needed. I told the older man all of these items were purchased here before from behind the parts counter. He stated that unfortunately he could not help me."
"I received assistance from store manager, Sandy who was a joy to work with. She and her team are very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to ensure their customer is completely satisfied. Sandy wasn't able to install the part for me but she contact a local dealer in the area who could provide those services next day. I so grateful.
