"I made an appointment a week in advance for an oil change for 8am, I dropped my car off at 7:15 - and didn’t receive a call still by 3pm. I came in and they said they thought I’d want my oil change at 3:30 (????) idk where they got that from, but the staff got an attitude and refused to give my car back and instead took it into the shop and rushed an oil change after I specifically asked to cancel the appointment and return my keys."

"Customer service 10/10 very knowledgeable and polite! Dropped my car off a day early not expecting them to get to it until the following day. They called me a few hours later, letting me know they were able to get a look at my car sooner than expected and explained to me what was wrong and what was needed. I was expecting my car to sit over the weekend but they were able to get the job done the same day I dropped it off I had my car back the very next morning! I’ll definitely be bringing my car here from now on! THANK YOU!"
"They were able to squeeze me in sooner than anyplace else (unless I wanted to pay 200$+ more) and were upfront about the issue NOT being the anticipated one and laying out the options. I also appreciated they had a few kids books on hand, which I wasn't expecting"
