"Staff was confused with each other on a tap set. I got help from somone walking the floor. Told him what we were needing and he located it quickly. On the box it clearly stated that the size I needed was not in the box, the manager asked the floor help what we needed and he agreed. The manager was a little snappy at him and said it IS what we needed. Needless to say it was NOT and the manager was wrong. Need to get it together a little better, but we got what we needed after 2 trips."
"The part they sold me didn't fit, and while I was trying to fix my vehicle, the packaging blew away, so O'Reillys wouldn't accept the return without the original package. If I had known the original package was so valuable, I would have kept a better eye on it"
