"Everyone in the office was extremely nice and friendly except for Dr Carmina Quiroga she was rude and insulted me from the moment she came in the room. She didn't even finish my toenails she had the nurse do it. I will tell everyone i know how she treated and spoke to me."

"I do not recommend this office to anyone who has more than an ingrown toenail. After leaving the Urgent care I knew that I had a couple fractures and needed to see a podiatrist. Having just moved to the area I made an appointment with Dr. Quiroga. 2 days after the injury was my first appt. She stuck her head in the door and said she needed a ct scan. Made sense. 4 days later they sent the paperwork to the imaging place. 9 days later (at my request) I was given another appt. I waited an hour for Dr. Quiroga to come into the room, I finally was able to meet her. Did we talk about my injury, treatment plan or options? NO. All she did was apologize for the mix-up in the orders to the imaging place, and how they were straightening it out. I expected a call, never happened. She has never called me with the results of the CT scan. 3 weeks after the injury I had to find a new podiatrist, who said options were limited because of the time between injury and treatment. Find someone who cares about their patients, because Dr. Quiroga does not."

"Someone in the office changed my appointment. When I showed up for that appointment they would not see me even though it was one of the staff who changed the appointment. I lost a day of work and travel expenses to make that appointment. They said the VA would not pay them if I was seen that day. I feel they were more worried about getting paid then they were about the money I lost. They were very unprofesional."

"Dr Duddy and the staff in the back are wonderful and very professional. The receptionist, Dawn, is rude, unprofessional and and is the reason I will not recommend this place to anyone, ever. I have visted the office on 3 different occasions and she was rude and unprofessional every single time; she never opened the window to greet me, she was staring at me and whispering to the other woman behind the desk and was unprofessional in that I know personal things about her because she was talking about them loudly behind the desk. It's obvious this poor woman isn't happy at this job and should maybe find a different one. I was utterly appalled at her failed attempt at customer service."
