"I believe this is my second review ever but felt it was needed so active duty military do not have the same customer service here in the future. Some at the front desk (I believe her name was Lindsey but could be wrong due to her unprofessional attitude) need to get trained on how active duty military insurance works. So this review has nothing to do with the dentist, my last visit in 2018 went extremely well. It went so well that I made the decision to start scheduling appointments here for my wife & two daughters when covid slowed down. Well we'll take our 1 oral surgery, braces and 2 cleanings needed currently elsewhere."

"Dr. Urling and his staff are WONDERFUL! I have some pretty severe dental anxiety. I was prescribed Valium before my appointment which was a HUGE help. He was so gentle giving the shots and I had two teeth pulled and he was also so gentle and took his time doing this...nothing like past experiences of getting teeth pulled. Nothing about the experience was uncomfortable or painful really...even after the numbing shots wore off... I had very little discomfort. I truly feel like he listened and done exactly what i was comfortable with and didnt try to push an expensive treatment plan on me like other dentists. I'll definitely recommend them to all my friends and family! ❤️"

"I am simply terrified of dental procedures. I did not hardly even feel the shoots. I had about 16 pulled in one day and after we started he was so gentle I started to relax. The staff is so helpful they genuinely care about you."

"I would not recommend this office. They did not send me any bills until almost 2 months after my service saying that it wasn’t covered ,which I do not mind paying but they cannot provide a consistent amount to pay and the paperwork they sent states that I am also PAST DUE.Cheryl or Sherri informed me that she would look into it and call me back. I never received a call so I waited a week and reached back out. Now I have been informed that the only person that can fix this (same one that was gonna call me back) has went on vacation. The bill has raised to a higher amount to which I was told “only Sherri will know why”. Will not be going there again and would not suggest that other people do"
