"We have purchased 2 vehicles from this location and have been satisfied so far. The reason for a 3 star rating is because of the price of the vehicles and the payment amount. It should be against the law to charge more per month for a used vehicle than it is for a brand new one. But if you have bad credit, you are left with few other options. Almost 600 bucks a month for a used car with over 140,000 miles on it is insane !! But the staff is nice and helpful so that's a plus I suppose....lol"

"Make sure you get your own mechanic to check it over prior to purchase they do lie make sure it has not been previously wrecked. Again they will not tell you make sure to read what all you being charged make sure you are aware getting a car with them does effect your credit the moment you sign on that line. Make sure your prepared to be called a liar and laughed at and put on speaker phone and harrassed the day before 1/2 payment is due and everyday there after and you enjoy surprise visits at your home or where ever they so choose to drop in at."

"So I worked at this dealership for about five years and built a strong relationship with each of my coworkers in that time. They are all very down to earth, and treat each other like family, and honestly, I consider them as a part of my family. Last weekend I went to three different dealerships, and All three of them were asking for a large down payment along with an interest rate of minimal 20% for six years. So I Stopped in and talked to Kevin and Dani And told him about my situation, and what I was looking for. Literally within minutes the vehicle I’ve been looking for at the price that I was needing and payments that were in my budget. I’ve been seeing 20% to 25% almost everywhere I inquired. I couldn’t have asked for better service or better people to help me find my next car. I highly recommend them because they will take care of you and treat you very well. As long as you work with them, they will bend over backwards for you. I can’t say thank you to just Kevin and Dani because I know from personal experience that it takes the whole dealership to make the deal go through. So thank you everyone for not showing favoritism to me just because we worked together before and for treating me like you do all of your customers. With 100% Respect and top-notch customer service. "I was very thrilled and satisfied with Car-Mart and their team other dealerships was only concerned with what a piece of paper (credit check) told about your history. At Car-Mart, they were concerned more with the person not the paper. If you have never built a credit line and others require you to provide a co-signer, which NO ONE WANTS TO DO, come to Car-Mart of Farmington, they'll work hard to get you into a vehicle. "I have Terrible credit. Last year I totaled my car, I had to find a buy here pay here. But I didn’t want an old run down vehicle that would break down. I also needed 3rd row seating. My brother recommended car-mart to me. The payments are MUCH higher than my old van, almost double. However, the length of my payments is much less, this is 36 months, while my previous vehicle was 72. So it all works out. They have all be VERY respectful. If I was ever late on my payments they worked with me because I was always on time previously, and communicated with them what was going on. They check randomly (twice last year for me) to see if I have car insurance. They also provide really decent warranties for a used car place. Thankfully I never have needed it. With well over 60K miles in one year. The ONLY thing that’s gone wrong is the throttle body went out at around 170K miles."
