"If I could give them a "0" stars I would. I chose this AAA agent because of their 5 star review. Called them on a Monday and asked for a quote,heard nothing. Called them again on Wednesday morning and was told that they would call me that afternoon.No call. It has been 6 days and still no call. I have gone somewhere else and got my insurance.Thank God. If they are this bad just for just a quote what would the be like for a claim. Can't believe all reviews it appears"
