"The management of this place is horrible. They're rude to your face. They'll lie to your face. They'll falsely accuse you of things. Rent here at your own risk. They refuse to return my deposit and will call the on me for trespassing if I show up at their office. The management is the worst ever. I lived here years ago, and I'm still livid about my experience with them, I hope their main office gets a drive-by."

"I really like this place. The homes are nice, it’s in a great area and it’s pretty quiet and peaceful. The only issues are below The city handles trash/recycling and are completely careless and don’t allow trash/recycling to be put in covered bins so every trash day looks like a trash apocalypse. Sadly enough people don’t care to clean up their trash/recycling that has blown away and it’s gotten to the point where when I’m walking my dog it’s almost hazardous because of the plethora of things on the ground for him to get a hold of. If I ran a complex this would not be something that I’d send out a gentle email about. This needs to be taken care of now."

"These seem like nice places but when your phone calls aren't responded to it is difficult to get in and see one. Call Falcon Falls and if you are really lucky you will get to talk to Alexis. She is a real gem if you enjoy being treated like trash. Look somewhere else, but avoid Falcon and Parkway."
