"Felt very unsafe! Man walked into our room at 7am. After he left you could hear him arguing with a woman in the hall. There were 3 women in this room. We immediately packed and notified manager what happened and wouldn't stay again because we didn't feel safe. She didn't seem to care. I emailed corporate. I have never received any feedback from them. Be careful if you stay here!!"

"The bed in my room was completely worn out. King size bed felt like 2 twins tied together with a pit on either side. I've stayed here before never had this problem. Some rooms need updating."

"Stayed for two nights for business. Very dated and dark hallway, it reminds you of an abandoned hospital. Bed was comfortable, TV was up to date, the bathroom was tiny with very little counter space and slow drain on the shower. It appeared that they were renovating but the building it self seems extremely old and probably needs to be demolished vs renovated. CLOSE to the airport but far from everything else. Basic food is 15-20min out and decent food is all on south side of town which is 45min+"

"I've stayed in Marriott hotels for over a thousand nights in various locations worldwide, and I've never felt compelled to write a review like this. My recent experience at the Four Points by Sheraton near Kansas City airport was shockingly poor. The management and staff at this hotel urgently need to be changed. It seems that even someone with minimal hotel experience, or perhaps an assistant manager from a different industry like a convenience store, could do a better job. If I were the owner of this property, I would be embarrassed by its current state. The room's cleanliness was a major issue. I found towels that were clearly not clean, with stains that looked like they could be from poop. This is completely unacceptable in any hotel, let alone one associated with the Marriott brand. The noise level next door was unbearable. At around 1:13 am, there was what sounded like a domestic dispute in the hallway. It was loud enough to wake me up and made me feel uneasy and unsafe. From the outside, the hotel looks a bit (lot) dated, but that's no excuse for the poor maintenance inside. The lobby was neglected and unwelcoming, which immediately gave off a bad impression and smell. Plus no smiling face to greet you! In all my travels and stays at Marriott properties, this has been the worst. This hotel's standards are not in line with what Marriott usually offers. I hope my feedback is taken seriously and that significant improvements are made. Until then, I would advise others to look for different accommodations in the MCI area."

"Was the first time that I actually stayed at this hotel. I did the park sleep and fly offer. The staff were friendly the rooms were clean. The hotel was a little bit dingy here and there. The shuttle driver for my trip out was absolutely delightful. Unfortunately the shuttle driver for my return trip and the staff who answered the phone were extremely rude and seemed annoyed by our presence. The shuttle driver drove very aggressively around the roundabouts at the airport. Hard stops and hard accelerations."
