The Element

"If you are looking for a safe, clean and quiet apartment community with a responsive, professional, friendly and trustworthy apartment managers/leasing and maintenance team then I definitely recommend the Elements Apartments. I am military and lived at this community twice. Each time I had zero issues with communication and updates after I submitted my application, was able to choose a flexible move in date and sign my lease within a days! My most recent move was extremely difficult since I relocated from overseas and was unable to communicate as well as I wanted to due to the time difference. Thank god for Kelly, one of the managers here! She is a god send! Kelly was the reason why I knew coming back to the Elements was the best decision! Kelly ensured she effectively communicated with me while I was in Korea and through my arrival to KCMO, assisting me with ensuring my place was secured while I was in transition. After I moved in, Kelly checked in to ensure I had everything I needed and was comfortable with my move in. Lia is amazing as well. I had issues with getting in and out of my garage.. a very tricky and complex situation and Lia handled it with ease and conducted a follow-up to ensure I was satisfied with their work. Last, the community is centrally located and is within a safe area! 10 minutes from the airport with recreation, shopping, restaurants and other metropolitan cities within a 10 mile radius! Love this place!"

"This truly is luxury living—clean, quiet, pet-friendly with great amenities. I renewed my lease at the element after one year due to the fact that Leia in management had done so much to make subtle improvements in and around the property. When a concern is brought up, management team is super quick to respond. Maintenance is excellent—very responsive same day or within 24 hours if non emergent. I love the fenced in backyard patio in some units; perfect for my pooch. This place is so pet friendly. They even greet your dog in the leasing office:) There are two fenced in dog yards for play. The apartments are top notch with very modern finishes and appliances. I can’t imagine looking anywhere else—I couldn’t get close to what I have here."

"I love the element apartments. Living here is very convenient. The units are very spacious & All essential are within a 10 minute drive. When/if you decide to move to the element Madison is your go to. She’s knowledgeable and will step you through all that is needed for any unique or common situation.
