The Grand

"I lived here for a year and half and had great experience. Its at a great location and the amenities especially the rooftop pool is great. The view from there is amazing that you never get tired of. The managers Lindsay and Nick are amazing and make sure to resolve any issues you have. The maintenance is quick with great service. I have looked around apartments in downtown KC but in my opinion The Grand is the best one out there. If you are looking for a place in downtown KCMO this is the place to be."

"My wife and I agree that The Grand is the BEST apartment living either of us have experienced. The staff was incredibly helpful from day 1, and the units and amenities are amazing. We were sold as soon as we saw a corner unit. The large windows give some of the best views in the city. If you have a dog or dogs, you’ll get to know many of the tenants well during potty breaks on the 2nd floor, and I found most of the dog-owner tenants to be a delight. Big plus! Also, and this is probably hard to believe, but things just didn’t really break. Usually after living in an apartment for a while, you’ll start to notice things are lesser quality than when initially met the eye. I noticed that was NOT the case here: everything in the apartment was built to last. The only issue we ever had was a faulty dryer, and Chris (great maintenance staff) literally swapped it out for a new one the next day. Chris, Lindsey in the leasing office (she’s great!!), and everyone else are really nice, attentive and all-around swell. You’ll have a great experience if you lease here."

"The management, maintenance, and entire staff alone give The Grand 5 stars! Lindsay, the Leasing Manager and Chris who does all the maintenance are both so attentive, thorough, and willing to do anything to make sure you’re happy. Chris has gone above and beyond numerous times for me and often outside normal hours. Just recently, my refrigerator and AC were both out at the same time and within 24 hours, I had a brand new refrigerator and AC back on. He came at 9pm to fix my AC even though I told him I was completely fine to wait until the next day! Good management and service in apartments is so incredibly rare but the staff at The Grand take it to a whole other level!!"
