The front desk is also responsive and professional. There are plenty of community events organized for the tenants. Rules are strict, which comes with it's pros and cons."

I really enjoyed the workers but the apartment is not worth the amount of money that you say, everyday I could hear people above us, using the bathroom and also hear conversations through the wall. I just wish the apartment was built better because it was a beautiful apartment!"
"Have lived here since late April 2022 and we are very happy! I love the location, close to downtown with a great park to walk our dog everyday. I really enjoy seeing the river. Staff has been very helpful and takes our concerns seriously. We've had no maintenance issues inside our apartment and the appliances/fixtures are great."
