Hobby Lobby

"This is a great store with a somewhat large selection of everything craft related, however.... I expect to be able to walk into a business on a not very busy day and checkout in a reasonable time. The clerks were very nice I admit, but standing in line while listening to a discussion on the individual pieces being bought by the ladies in front of me, and then each piece being wrapped individually is just toooo much. 7 to 8 minutes in line is to long. During the same time frame, another clerk standing at a register told me she was not open. She and three other employees stood staring at the ceiling which was leaking due to ice and rain run off. Talking between themselves they repeatedly said "do you see that, there is another leak." Then the discussion turned to lunch, all the while staring at the ever growing wet spots on the sagging ceiling tile. At one point they looked like a bunch of turkeys in a rain storm. I know this sounds petty and I do apologize, but customer service is getting people in and out of your business in a courteous and efficient manner. I like to spend money locally and support my community but you had dang sure should do a better job than this. This is why brick and mortar stores are failing. I will start planning ahead and ordering supplies on-line it may be faster."

"Ive been here once and I got to say I would love to get out to this place way more often, I'm used to these places being really small not much selection in AZ but THIS place is gigantic. They got more things than I can imagine, it really makes me want to buy the whole store if I possibly could. However the one thing bad about this place is profiling, I've been homeless for the last year but I still like to spend money when I make it and when I went shopping here I could literally see and hear the employees profile me the way I was dressed, the called security to the front door for code checking, they called the manager to call the cops all over the radio In the store, they didn't have any reason to stop me cause I wasn't doing any thing wrong but still the way they looked at me I know it was me they were rooting for"

"I like the yarn sales. I pick up yarn for a friend using a list. Organizing by color id great, but the yarn that is multicolored doesn't always look like the picture on the web, so finding it is a challenge. It would be nice if the multicolored yarn was organized in alphabetic or numerical order for ease of finding."
