"Products are okay but I'm tired of hearing how they honor veterans. They used to not give a discount and then they started giving it, then they stopped it, then they have it but you have to sign up online prior to going in, and now it's only "in stock select items"."

"Cashier (jaidyn?) Ill tempered and under trained. After rining up a large tool box the cashier gave me the total to which I replied im sorry I also have a cart full. I the transaction went down hill from their. She seemed to be unhappy that I was taking time to wright a check as my form of payment then had issues with the printer when trying to run the check. She became further upset walked away without a word leaving me wandering what I had done to make this transition go south. The second cashier was pleasant and was able to get the printer fixed with minimal effort . All the while the first cashier paced back and forth at the far end of the checkouts. Neither employe offerd assisatance with the large tool box. Homedepot is a well organized and economical place to do business and I will continue to do so . I just had to get this off my chest ."

"Customer service has declined. I walked into the store at approximately 11 AM and asked to speak to somebody in the lawn care department. The normal person that handles the area was on lunch break. I was then told that nobody in the store could be of service to me, as he was the only one who was capable of advising me on my purchase. As I asked in amazement about this policy, someone who worked at the store, walked by. He was able to offer me assistance, and the store gained a sale of $1000. The girl at the counter, could care less about learning how to handle these types of situations better in the future. I am going to end nicely and just say that I am amazed that this is the type of work force that we have employed at our local Home Depot. Again I did have a gentleman that did give great service."
