"We had such a great time last weekend! Lovely campground and the trails are very well marked. Loved the scavenger hunt items on the trail and the obstacle course was very fun. Covered stalls were spacious with good footing. We will definitely be back!"
"I LOVE VONHOLTEN RANCH!!! Brandy and David have invested their lives to make their place home to many! It's clean and cared for impeccably. They have expanded and designed so many new features in the short time they have owned it, from their wedding barn to the obstacle course. It's crazy how much they have invested in the ranch for other's pleasure. Thank you Brandy and David for all of your continued hard work and investment to make your Ranch a place for others to visit and enjoy!"
"Where do I even start ????? I have been here twice now and working on the third time in just a few weeks. Von Holten Ranch is an amazing facility with horse trails , nice large creek that the horses love as well as the kids for some cool down , covered arena and an obstacle course to play on . They offer a shower house , cold drinks and food options inside the office , ice cream and you can buy bags of ice. They do offer hay bales and shavings for sale and most importantly they have a tip jar in the office that you can leave your stall dirty and they bring someone out to clean it, it’s a great deal just remember your cash ! I have enjoyed the facility and so has my daughter that has only been once , she loved it so much she wants to come back down for her birthday to have her party down there ! We live Over 2 hours from this place but it’s worth the travel ! Brandy and David are amazing you couldn’t ask for 2 better people to run a facility like this and offer the best of the best !"
"Von Holten Ranch is one of my all-time favorite places to camp and ride. The Von Holtens built the cabins and shower house, camp sites and arena after visiting endless equine facilities to get the feedback on what worked best. The Missouri terrain for trail riding features shaded (and well marked!) trails, fabulous river rock creeks and vistas for a memorable ride. And afterward, bring your lawn chairs or float tubes to dip in the creek just yards from the campsites. Brandy is also available by appointment for helping coach you and your horse through that first-time attempt of creek crossings, if you need it!"
