"Great service, beds very uncomfortable and we did not eat breakfast there because they had expired products and mold inside juice machine. They are pet friendly and had great customer service at counter."
"Our room was clean and updated to a nice standard. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a uhaul with a tow trailer and asked for a room on the side we parked. They accommodated our request without issue. The bathroom was clean and the whole room smelled fresh. We had zero issues and would stay again."
"I’ve stayed here for years because of the convenience for truck parking. However this last trip was a little disappointing. At around 7:30 am, the front desk clerk tried to enter my room with no good excuse as to why. Check out is at 11am so why are you trying to enter my room before 8am. This was a little scary being a female that travels alone. FYI, Be aware and always use your door latch! They claimed they thought I had checked out although I had not entered the lobby since checking in the night before. My extremely large semi truck was still parked in the lot, evidence that someone is still possibly present in the room. Maybe it was a mistake but it was still unsettling nevertheless!"
"The pool is closed, the fan/air conditioning/heater did not turn on At ALL. The receptionist quoted a price. She could not give me a receipt until we checked out in the morning. I was charged $32 more than I was quoted. The room was clean. & well equipped, but the mattress was so old and flat I couldn’t sleep very long. This place is cute, but beware of the BIG SCAM; don’t stay here!"
"The front desk girl was nice however when I booked the room two days beforehand a different person got the reservation completely wrong. Put me in a smoking room when I said non smoking. The room is nasty. Gunk stuck all over in the carpet. The tub is filthy nasty. Dirty grime all over the light switch and lamps, Goo dripping down the door, bugs squished on the walls, the ceiling falling apart. Pathetic that you have to pay $110 for night in such a disgusting place. Lack of quality inn is more fitting. No choice left hotels!"
