"Overall, the domain is not the worst place to live. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. I’ve never had an issue with them! The only problem I’ve had is that we always need maintenance. Our dryer did not work when we moved in, the patio was wrecked from all the pigeons, etc. it would not be my first choice when recommending, but you could do worse."

"First off I want to give a huge shout out to the management team. They’ve been nothing but wonderful to communicate with while living here. Amanda and Jeff (the managers) actually care about their residents and it shows. Also the property is just beautiful and the maintenance team is very responsive and fast with work orders. The leasing agents always greet me with a warm welcome and answer phones with so much kindness. Lastly, the management team has recently been throwing the best events and everything about the Domain just makes me feel like this is a place to call home."

"This is my first year at the domain and I love it! The amenities are insane, I use the gym everyday and having a tanning bed right down stairs is so convenient for me. Whenever me and my roommates have an issue or something needs to get fixed they are so quick to come and help. I would recommend anyone to live here!!"

"The Domain has been good so far. The pool is awesome and they have some good amenities. Only thing that I think they need is security cameras outside and an upgrade to each apartment. And the tanning bed doesn’t work the bulbs are probably 20 years old."

"I lived at the Domain for about 2.5-3 years, I lived in 3 different units throughout this time, and dealt with multiple new management teams, from 2019-2022, and loved everything about it! The amenities are amazing and I highly suggest taking advantage of them. Staff was always so helpful and knew me well throughout my time there so they made me feel super comfortable asking questions. Maintenance is amazing. If you submit a ticket, you will likely get help within 24-48 hours. I think this place is great and never had a major issue in all that time. It really feels like home! My only concern is there should be a little better security. My car was broken into a few times while living here. I just recommend double checking your car is locked, and not leaving anything of value in your car. Toward the end of my time I noticed they had hired patrol security cars to drive around at night and monitor the parking lot. Not sure if that made much of a difference but awesome that they took that step."
