"I thought it was great until the morning time the front desk guy said he was going to call the cops on me when my friend was staying in room 101. I need y'all to file a complaint for me and replace the front desk person. He was not kind at all. I was a guest and was checking on my friend the day before trying to take him breakfast cereal and coffee. He didn't answer the door so I ate his cereal. I think he keeps the food for himself and his ten kids sleeping in the office. He needs to be replaced."

"I've been a naturalist for a while now, and it's hard to find places who are welcoming of the life style. But this establishment was remarkably welcoming and accepting of me and my clothing options. It's hard to find places you can truly be yourself and relax without the worry of judgement from others. It's nice to be able to walk the hall to vending machine without worrying about covering up, or walking outside to get something from your vehicle especially when the weather is as nice as it was during my stay. Embracing your natural state is quite liberating and extremely relaxing. I would, and will, recommend this place to all friends and family."

"Very friendly. Very clean and smelled clean. Improvements were going on. The toilet had an issue that can be simply fixed with a couple of shims and/or a few squirts of hydrogen peroxide. Enjoyed the stay and slept great."

"Have to give this place a no go .. room was beyond filthy , shower curtain had snot and stains all over it .. edges of floors against walls I don’t think were ever vacuumed . One night toilet overflowed while I was watching tv . All they did was mop up the bathroom the carpet was soaked with sewage . The smell got so bad they put me in another room . Previously It had cats in it and smelled horrible.. the final straw was when I woke up and they had turned off the water to the bldg.. no maid service , you’ve got to go to the front to get clean towels berry dated .. one room I was in, you could see into the breezeway between rooms from the shower faucet . I called it the bate’s motel .. it’s not worth $49.00 a night more like 15.00 mabey ..go back into Sikeston and get a decent room .. you’ll be glad you did !"
