"We made the mistake of booking a room here during our trip to visit local relatives. FILTHY hotel room! We literally found a full waste basket worth of trash underneath the bed. Carpet appeared to have been last vacuumed about 3 years ago. There was some type of slime all over the microwave and also on the door of the mini fridge. The toilet did not flush properly during our entire stay. Shower curtain had visible mold growing on it and smelled strongly of mildew. Most of the rooms are occupied by people who live there year-round, most of which look very undesirable. Lots of traffic in & out of the rooms during all hours of the night. Lady who "manages" the property was seen sitting outside with several residents drinking a beer late at night on 2 occasions. If you are searching for safe, clean, quiet accommodations, definitely look elsewhere..."
"This was a very nice and unique inn. My truck had broken down and it was recommended that I lodge here. The owners were fantastic people Gary and Theresa Hancock. They both helped me out transportation wise and Patricia who worked there was wonderful as well. The rooms were spacious and clean very unique not like your regular hotel rooms, these rooms had an personality of their own, each room was different and unique. I would highly recommend the Grace Inn to anyone who is looking for a unique spacious and clean place to stay in. Thank You Gary and Theresa!"
