"Dream closet has awful customer service. Think twice before doing any business with them. Poor communication skills. Had a jacket made a Greek jacket at that and the quality was poor. Showed them a picture of exactly what I wanted and they did not deliver. I didn’t get to see a mock up of the jacket beforehand so I can have my input as to whether I liked it or not. They were behind schedule, told me it would be ready in two weeks and it was not. Didn’t get a call to let me that it would be longer than anticipated. Just the overall business was piss poor to say the least. 0/10 would not recommend."
"If I could give 0 stars I would. I had high hopes for a positive outcome but sadly was let down. They promised product would be ready on a certain day but wasn't. Okay things happen I can go with that but the lack of communication was awful. When finally receiving my merchandise it wasn't even done like I wanted or had been told could be done. Long story short think twice about doing business here"
