"Brought a bottle of perfume yesterday for valentine day i gave it to my girl today on valentine day and it was empty i got back with my receipt box and everything, the manager Latonya told me its nothing she can do i lost 25 she wont run the camera back or anything to check and see if it was full. So basically im stuck with an empty bottle and lost $25 and ross cant do nothing for me . She was unprofessional and rude she didnt care and didnt want to help she told me its my loss the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER GHETTO AND RUDE"

"NOT A SAFE PLACE! I was driving on the 270 when I suddenly remembered that I needed something from Ross, so I searched on Google Maps and this store appeared. Upon arriving, I noticed that the parking lot was poorly lit and nearly empty. I went inside, and 15 minutes later, the girl at the entrance called me, saying that someone had broken the windows of some cars. I went out and indeed! They had broken my rear passenger window and rummaged through my belongings, luckily I didn't have anything valuable with me at that time. I asked if the store had cameras or some answers, and they simply said no, so I returned home without a window. Be careful and don't take risks. If ROSS is not willing to invest in proper lighting and security, they should not be in bussiness."

"What a bad experience the bathrooms are closed and my son needed the bathroom and the cashier and the manager spoke to me with attitude and sent me out of the store telling me to go to another place. When I had gone 10 minutes before to the bathroom. then they were taking me out of the store. Never in my 20 years that I have lived here had something like this happened to me. what a bad service"
