"08/13/21- Terrible experience..... without getting in the door. Got to the store to do a return (08/14/21) would be the seventh and last day for the return). Got to the door and there was a handwritten sign on the door saying "Closing at 7:00".......tho the official sign said they close at 8pm. It even says 8pm online! That's why I got up to go up there! The door was locked, and the hood employee unlocked the door to let customers out and I asked what time the store closed and she said 7:00. I told her that it says eight online, and this unattractive woman (I guess) closed the door on me as I was speaking to her. I waited another ten minutes til she came back to the door again and I grabbed the handle to make sure she wouldn't just close the door on me again. I asked her if that's what they do, to close the door while a customer is speaking. She didn't respond. I told her that she didn't answer my question when I asked why they are closed at 7:00 and the sign says 8:00. She said with an attitude, "I don't know." I informed her that I'd be calling the Corporate office. She said with the same nasty attitude, "That's fine," and closed the door again. As she was closing the door, she called me "ignorant." Hmmm. First off, she needs to learn the word "ignorant" correctly. Second, who's the "ignorant" one, not knowing why her job is closing early. I will never be returning to this store. I was hesitant to go to this store but since I haven't been there since before the pandemic, I thought it'd be interesting. That it was. Ugly and Interesting. I have attached the "person" I had the encounter with. She needs to be fired......and arrested by the fashion police too."
