"No return or exchanges with no reciept but the dressing rooms are not in service . If the tags are in you should be able to at least exhange or offer online reciepts"
"Love the clothes but the two girls at register were complaining & making jokes about people spending their “stimulus “ and how people are acting like “animals” because they are coming in and supporting this particular business. Also they were complaining about staying there from open to close which is only 8hrs . I’m just saying if you’re going to talk about customers and complain it shouldn’t be where they can hear you very unprofessional & ghetto ."
"So many clothes, so many styles and sizes to choose from. I went to this one to get more work out clothes like the ones I bought the day before, but they didn't have them at this location yet I also needed to exchange some socks I purchased at the other store. Customer service could have been a lot better, the check out counter was very very very slow."
"West Florissant Store in Ferguson Mo forgot. Take security Tag off so took in Manager on duty said was not there item so i came back With item with receipt said to her now can you take it off . and yes I was a lil upset felt I was being called a liar the Correct thing for her to do was to apologize and take it off instead she say should would not and Call the police on me for not leaving until it was taken Off my piece of clothing that I Purchase. And still didn't had to call Coporate. Terrible Customer Service!!!!! And yes I am upset have a right to be just Lost a Customer!!!!!!!"
