"I am having a very tough time with this office. I am getting the run around and not receiving any care right now post op in the mercy network. This office referred me out with complications from surgery and the referral dr said he couldn't help and would get back with Jenks. Still haven't heard from anyone. Office declined medication refill on Friday, so as I suffer in pain and no ROM 4 months later, nobody is helping me or responding."

"Daughter had surgery Dr. Did not come out and talk to the family post surgery. When trying to phone office the next week would not receive a call back. Went to office the next week to receive post op paper work the nurse tried telling me she had it in her notes that she had returned and had spoken with.me. I never received a call from anyone from his office after calling every day for a week. I am a retired RN and have never experienced anything so poor from a medical staff."

"Knee replacement went well. Once I got home, NO RETURN calls for pain meds. The first time, I called 7 days after surgery on a Thursday. No response till Monday. The next time, my PT emailed the Dr on a Monday, no response, so she spoke w/staff the next Thursday, no response, I called staff Thursday afternoon staff said dr would call. NO PAIN MEDS AGAIN. Unacceptable to be in pain ALL WEEKEND."

"Called Monday in pain with knee asked for recommendations.. I'm a patient of Dr. Jenks Was told that Dr.was busy .Receptionist said she would sent Dr. message and let me know what he said. NO RESPONSE. Called on Tuesday Dr.busy she said that he responded and I could have cortisone shot or pain medication No appointments until the 18th I'm in pain can't hardly walk please have the Dr send in a pain script. He is in surgery I'll send him a message and let you know. NO RESPONSE.. The Dr.needs some first contact people that are better than the one's he has...Thursday morning still waiting........"
