"Went in Thursday to get my teeth pulled and implants placed in the bottom gum area. They let me walk out without checking if the dentures were going to work or not. I get home that night after the numbness went away the dentures fell right out. I could not get them back in at all. So I went down Saturday morning first thing to try to get an adjustment. They told me I would have to come back first thing Monday morning cause a lab tech wasn’t there. I get there this morning and was told I need appointment and only time they got is 11:30AM. The communication is horrible there. Not to mention you’re taking time away from people trying to work because you didn’t make the dentures right the first time. If they don’t fix the issue I will take my dental business somewhere else. I still have other work to be done next year. Seems to me they all about money and selling you stuff."

"The people were very nice, the information given was great, but I came in with emergency tooth pain and left with that same pain 2 hours later. I ended up going to the ER directly after leaving to get pain relief. When scheduling a follow up I was told that my total cost was going to be 17,000 plus dollars but they could schedule an appointment for the tooth or teeth that were bothering me, earliest time 4 days later. I told them it would be 4 teeth please and was told it would be half of the money down to schedule totaling just over $600 dollars. I understand this is my problem and I could’ve taken better care of my teeth but that means $1200 dollars to pull 4 teeth!! Yikes!! And I’m still leaving in pain after an emergency visit. The stars I’m giving are purely due to the nice people and information. As far as the actual work done for my issue 0 stars, and the cost is outrageous!! And that’s with my insurance. The pain is still here by the way, I’m looking for other places to get it taken care of and will probably go to the ER again after work tonight."

"Aspen Dental has been a great experience. They were able to get me in quickly, I was in a lot of pain. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time. They helped with financing, fitted me for a partial and have helped get it to fit perfectly! The staff and the dentist have been great!"

"It had been some time since I went to a dentist. Needles to say I wasn't looking forward to having a broken tooth removed and finding that I had an infected tooth also. Over all I found my visit and dental work to be next to nothing. To say the least it was actually painless. I really enjoyed the professional care from my dentist and all the polite staff at Aspen Dental. If anyone was to ask me for a referral I would send them to Aspen Dental."
