"Government propaganda Went as my nose runs green discharge with terribble odor. This is obvious infection..does not take a doctor or lab. Any adult is likely familiar to infection. I was mocked, met with hatred for suggesting the obvious chem-trails overhead sprayed daily..I was mocked and told allergy with no treatment. Same for major anxiety..no more management of this. Government medical complex enjoys us suffering while they focus on radical new BEAST system."

"I have been in and out of the hospital for the past three years. I have been treated very well by the staff and doctors. All of my doctors have been really good to me. All of my nurses have been really good to me. From regular checkups to post-op stays have been a really good experience. The only problem that I have had is with the ER. Once was for making me wait many many hours (6-7) for treatment. The other was for not admitting me and sending me home in a cab at 12:30 am. Other than that everything has been good."

"I recently had experiences with Emergency Room, in-patient and outpatient testing at Mercy Jefferson Hospital. All of the services were top notch. The staff was efficient and professional. The hospitalists Dr. Shortt was caring and knowledgeable. The nursing staff worked well together, helping each other when needed. The outpatient followup was efficient and kind. Thanks to all."

"This is the worst hospital!!! My wife has been miss diagnosed several times here. The most recent, she was diagnosed with pneumonia. Two days later we end up at St. Luke's and she doesn't and never had pneumonia!!! We go here because it's 10 miles from home and the closest hospital is 45 minutes away. Not really helpful in an emergency. If you're a doctor the best you can do is do your job!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!"

"I was on the ER last night and only felt 1 of the 5 nurses or doctors actually cared! Josh, thank you so much for your wonderful bedside manner and for truly caring how I felt. You're colleagues could take lessons from you. My 4 year old daughter even commented how nice you were for "taking care of mommy". 1. When you enter a room, please say who you are and what's happening. Every single doctor/nurse was silent, except Josh. Nobody goes to the ER for a good time. We're unwell and scared, have compassion and at least say hello. 2. When I asked the doctor about my blood tests, I was nervous and felt very brushed off by the doctor. 3. Please train you're nurses how to properly draw blood. I've never had such an uncomfortable blood draw. 4. Your front desk check in nurse could use a lesson on empathy. She was so cold. Josh, thank you for making me feel like you cared. Mercy, do better. It's no wonder your ratings are so incredibly low."
