"We have been trying to get Cpap supplies from this company for 4 weeks. We keep getting the runaround. My husband has called multiple times and we still do not have the supplies he needs. He has not been able to use his much needed CPAP machine for a whole month. I would not recommend this company for any medical supplies!"

"Can’t seem to get the help I need! Went in on Friday to be measured for compression stockings. Lisa said there is a team that will check my insurance coverage. She would hear from them Monday or Tuesday the next week. Friday of the next week, I call Lisa. She said she still needs to check with insurance. So what happened to the “team”? But she ordered my compression stockings. I said this wasn’t the deal. We had talked about it at my appt. I needed to know what insurance said first. Then I called back Friday as I still didn’t have an answer and Al said there was no info in the computer except for my name. Lisa had my paperwork but did nothing with it. So I’m still waiting."

"Absolutely the worst service. I have been using them for about 13 yrs. , only because I can't find another supplier in my area. In 13 yrs. they have only gotten orders correct about 3-4% of the time. Have spoken with manager Jim on several occasions and he will correct the problem, but next order will be lost or incorrect guarantied! It i so bad it is comical. No other company can hold a candle to their bad service."

"We had some difficulty with my insurance covering an upgrade in compression socks. I had to appeal and get my insurance company to work out a deal with Medical West to cover the upgrade stockings. Once we got that worked out things are going quite smoothly. Always very courteous and professional and top drawer service. Very knowledgeable about their products. I would recommend them."
