"Very professional staff.They are knowledgable of their craft and offer a varied curriculum of martial arts training to all age groups. I spent 37 years in the military noncommissioned officer corps, achieved multiple specialties and retired as a senior NCO. Much of my career was focused on training and developing junior enlisted soldiers to be the best fighting force and able to serve at their optimum level regardless of the challenges they would face in combat. Personally, I find the PMA staff, with their degree of professionalism , carefully taught training methodologies, positive attitude and 1:1 instruction of techniques on par with any hand to hand combative classes I ever received while in the military. I have found them to be welcoming, encouraging and always helpful in classes. I am almost 71 years old and convinced this is a much better active fitness fit for me than any other "senior" program I could participate in."
