"My husband went to this location today an hour before closing and 6 employees were inside and locked the doors saying that they decided to close early. Tomorrow is my son’s birthday and this is the only store that had the shoes he wanted. This is very disappointing and terrible customer service. We spend a lot of money at your stores and deserve to be treated better!"

"I ordered a pair of Nike boots online from JD Sports. I got an email telling me they shipped, along with a tracking number, delivery date & all. The delivery date came & went, no boots. I called Fed Ex & they told me they issued a label, with a tracking number but never received the item from the shipper. So after over a week, and constant calls being placed on hold for hours. JD Sports finally informs me that even tho I was able to order the shoe online, that they didn’t have my size. So they took my money, didn’t bother to block off the sizes that they didn’t have in stock, and led me to believe they shipped my order. Had I not called, I would still be waiting for my boots. Sad part is, I’m STILL waiting on my refund to be deposited into my bank account. Just think how much interest they’re making off of hard working people, when they take our money, knowing full well that they are out of stock of the item. Then hold on to your money for days & weeks, before returning it with NO INTEREST. I’m still waiting on my refund JD Sports, it’s been long enough. Been constantly calling customer service to inquire about it, only to be placed on hold for hours at a time. I’ll NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN."
