Walmart Supercenter

"Haven't been to this location in over 10 years. Most if shopping carts, seem to have good wheels, of course the first one i crab, has bad wheels, lol. ▪︎They have really (elderly man) at the Entrance, he Doesn't say a Word, when you come in. (I thought they were greeter, to greet you as you come in). If so, someone needs to remind him, what his job is. ▪︎Long lines in self check on left side of store ( by the entrance). They have bug signs (up high, that say "Certain" departments, but not very many. The did have a nice selection of Easter stuff up from, as you walk in the store, just past the self-check area. Was looking for toilet paper, no employees on the sales for to ask, finally came across 9ne, young lady, was very nice, and give good directions, appreciated that. Found what I needed. ▪︎Then omg, extremely long lines, in found another self check section on the other side, extreme long lines on both self check areas. ▪︎They didn't have the "self check" areas open with convaer belts kind (So you had room to place your items). ▪︎I believe they had clean store, appreciate that, from what I saw. But never used the restroom. ▪︎Parking lot was another story. They don't have enough Handicap parking spots, so beware. Sadly parking lot had alot if trash on the ground."

"Went here for something that was behind the glass. I knew where it was, etcetera. Then, when I asked one female employee, she was talking to a male customer. They were just standing there talking about unprofessional topics as I approached. I asked kindly for her assistance. She told me someone else would have to help. Then I went to another department and waited. When I was able to ask for help from them. That employee went on saying he would have to call someone else. So, like always, I kept getting the run around. In all, I spent about forty minutes for something I could have gotten from another store in approximately five minutes. This has to be one of the worst locations. Their service is very uncoordinated and displeasing."

"We hit potholes and punctured our tire on I 70 W. As did several other people. We were able to get to the Walmart but the tire department was already closed but a staff member was still there and booked us the earliest appointment. She made all the difference for us! Thank you!"

"I placed a pick up order through the app and it went to the wrong location which I didn't realize until I had arrived at my regular location and no one came out when I said I was ready to pick up my order. I attempted to call this location for the better part of an hour including trying multiple departments and I was either put on hold or it rang for over 10 minutes each time. Still have not been able to talk to anybody but the pharmacist who did transfer me over to the front desk again only to be put on hold for a fifth time. Don't know if my order has been canceled officially and they're also telling me that in addition to it potentially not getting canceled at all that I could bring the order back if I drive the 30 minutes out of my way to pick it up at the wrong location. What?"

"I prefer to go in the mornings before it gets busy. They have self checkout which I prefer. Regular lines get crazy long of course. Always a big selection for food & clothes. Saw these dolls while picking up a birthday gifts and they were all messed up. They need better quality control for what they put on the shelves. Lots of $5 dvd's with good kids movies. Nice deals on TVs"
