"Right:1. Pulled my car into the service bay at the scheduled time. 2. After I called you that my oil was leaking all over my driveway, you sent a service person promptly to my house. Wrong: 1. The service person did not tighten the oil filter correctly. 2. Oil leaked out of my new 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee. 3. Oil spelled all over my driveway. 4. Oil burning on the engine created smoke that went into the interior of my car (no new car smell anymore.) 5. Tech did not bring the correct tools to fix the job. 6. It was a -4 degrees Fahrenheit outside that day. 7. Spent $25 on oil clean up material to get the oil off the driveway and garage floor. What a mess!"
