"They stripped the hell out of my lug nuts on 3 of my tires and said it was like that prior. It definitely was not. Went there to get all 4 new tires and they could only get one tire off. They didn’t even tighten my lug nuts on the new tire."
"While getting new tires, they found a problem. While it was a inconvenience waiting for hours. I left knowing the problem was corrected and Gina and staff went above and beyond to make it better and fix the problem. Thank you."

"Sorry I hate to rate low, but they didn't have the tire size I needed and wouldn't install a tire I brought them....per "policy". Bugging against any employee, but not a great experience, as we were stranded on a road trip. Bummer."
"Overall experience was not very happy with the way the autocenter "manager" handled or maybe I should say nothing was done at all about an appointment that was made over the phone And told to be there at 6:15 only to find out it was a waste of my time and gas and told it would take 2 hours and put on the back of the line cuz I'm an employee didn't docket my appointment into the computer system. I don't blame the employee because I feel that they should have been trained better by the manager of the department by the way he treated the situation"
