"The service manager at Boland Ford called me and told me that the warranty I have is terrible (a warranty sold to me by Boland) and that after the warranty coverage I’d still have to pay several hundred (around $900) out of pocket all the while telling me how awful my warranty company is etc. I took the car to a different ford dealership and had the repairs performed under warranty without issue my out of pocket was a $119 copay!"

"They seemed to have good customer service with the people that were coming and going but as with any dealership their prices are higher and I overheard a conversation that they were having about how to get people to add on things like changing the air filters. Idk just threw me off and didn't get a great vibe. I will say it was very clean tho, the shop and the waiting area."

"One of the worst experiences ever, over 3.25 hours to get an oil change service preformed (at a supposedly Quick Lane Center). First off upon arrival there was one other vehicle in line ahead of me. A third vehicle arrived. Mean you, this is all before service opened. Upon opening the service writer checked the vehicles in out of order even after this was brought to his attention. Then after first two vehicles were serviced went to check on my vehicle only to find that it was still sitting outside with a third vehicle being serviced that came in after I was already checked in. Last time I will be using Boland Ford to get service done. Not a very hard thing to service vehicles in the order they check in."
